First you should know that gastritis caused by medical is the activity of bacteria present in the stomach،

Methods of prevention of gastritis

  • Knowing the etiology of the disease is the first step of Prevention, preventing recurrence of infection.
  • Rely mainly on healthy foods.
  • Exercise to improve overall health.
  • Take medications prescribed by your doctor regularly, including anti-inflammatories, drugs that reduce acid production, and drugs that prevent acid secretion and promote healing.
  • Drink enough water at regular intervals during the day.
  • Lack of sleep immediately after eating.
